As an Executive HR Interim Director or Manager, I possess a deep and broad understanding of company-side HR operations, enabling me to navigate organizational challenges adeptly and implement strategic HR initiatives effectively. My interim HR roles have honed my skills in leading HR transformations and fostering environments conducive to growth and sustainability.
I also have many years of experience in executive, mid management or Y generation selection and HR consulting. This is why I have expanded my professional background to provide even more complex solutions to my clients, so I have obtained a Certified Business Coach qualification and have fulfilled my qualification as certified Profile XT coach. My aim is to pursue and connect with tailor made solutions to all HR activities that are nice to me, such as selection, complex corporate HR consulting, Assessment Center and Outplacement services.
I believe that it is only through personalized HR and career counselling I can best support my clients in finding a new challenge in their current position or in a new role in a business or entrepreneurial background where they can benefit from their professional experience and gain further development opportunities. Custom made counselling also offers opportunities for business coaching, where we can go deeper into the factors that can be decisive in finding a new career path or maintain engagement in current position.
During several foreign missions I have been able to broaden and deepen my experience in career counselling, selection and headhunting. During my missions in Germany, Russia and Belgium, I have gained experience that is still valid today, when I have to talk to a person from another culture and possibly to be sent to another country and find unique solutions.
I speak Hungarian, English and German at native level.
