My dedication to the HR field began during my internship. I interned at one of Hungary’s leading HR service providers, where I gained valuable insights into human resource management. My role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing the entire recruitment process. I honed key skills such as crafting job advertisements, selecting candidates, and conducting interviews. This experience taught me to identify the best candidates and effectively build a talent pool.

Currently, I am a psychology major, and I actively apply the knowledge acquired from my studies to my work, which offers significant advantages. Understanding psychology enables me to better grasp human behavior and motivations, thus improving the accuracy of candidate selection. Alongside my university education, I have completed a coaching certification to provide clients with support for personal development by leveraging their own strengths.
