Currently, I am a psychology major, and I actively apply the knowledge acquired from my studies to my work, which offers significant advantages. Understanding psychology enables me to better grasp human behavior and motivations, thus improving the accuracy of candidate selection. Alongside my university education, I have completed a coaching certification to provide clients with support for personal development by leveraging their own strengths.
