My dedication to the field of Human Resources began during my internship period. I started my professional career at one of Hungary’s leading HR service providers, where I had the opportunity to gain insight into human resource management. My responsibilities included sourcing and approaching candidates, creating job advertisements, conducting interviews, and supporting the entire recruitment process. During this time, I learned how to build and manage a candidate pool effectively and identify the most suitable candidates for specific positions.
I am currently a final-year psychology student and will obtain my degree at the end of the academic year. The knowledge I have gained during my studies allows me to approach human behavior and motivation with deeper understanding, which significantly enhances the effectiveness and reliability of recruitment processes. In addition to my academic training, I have also earned a qualification in personal and life coaching, which enables me to support candidates and clients in a personalized manner, helping them rely on their own inner resources.
The experience I have gained so far, along with my problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous professional development, all contribute to my ability to work effectively as an HR consultant. I place great importance on communication with candidates, as their satisfaction is just as essential as that of our client partners.
