My connection to the HR profession – particularly to mid- and senior-level executive search – has spanned 18 years. Throughout this time, my passion and commitment have only grown stronger as I continuously strive to identify the most suitable leadership and professional talent for my clients, in close alignment with their corporate values and culture.
Over the course of my career, I have intentionally sought roles where strategic-level selection is at the core. This focus has led me to spend many years working with both local and international consulting firms, where I had the opportunity to lead complex executive search projects across a wide range of industries.
I firmly believe that the role of a consultant goes beyond operational execution – it is about building value-driven, trust-based connections between clients and candidates. That’s why I approach every search process from a strategic perspective, taking into account business goals, organizational dynamics, and the human element.
I completed my HR Management studies in Canada, which not only shaped my international mindset but also reinforced my belief that talent management and executive search truly speak a global language.
