I have nearly 20 years of experience in HR consulting, with a primary focus on recruitment. Most often, I have successfully managed searches for mid-level management, specialist, or hard-to-fill positions.
I enhanced my professional and technical expertise by completing a Postgraduate Occupational Safety Engineering/Advanced Occupational Safety Expert qualification at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in addition to my undergraduate degree. This has enabled me to better assess candidates’ true professional background, especially when evaluating roles that require complex engineering knowledge during interviews.
Since 2006, I have been closely following developments in the Hungarian labor market. My goal is to build long-term, successful partnerships by understanding and addressing my clients’ needs at a strategic level. I see myself as a strategic HR consultant who works not as an external party, but as a true partner, sharing in the successes achieved with my clients.
