As the AI-Driven Executive Search Lead, I operate at the intersection of strategic headhunting and AI integration, shaping a new standard in how top-level talent is identified, evaluated, and presented.

I bring over a decade of experience in HR and executive search, now paired with deep immersion in AI-driven recruitment workflows. My role combines intuition and emotional intelligence with AI tools that support clarity, velocity, and insight at every stage of the process.
Beyond traditional search execution, I lead our internal AI transformation efforts—designing methods, prompts, systems and training to help our team use AI ethically, intelligently, and with confidence.

I also support our partners and clients in understanding how to position AI within recruitment and leadership strategy—without compromising the human element.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Search Execution:
  • Lead and oversee full-cycle executive search projects, including briefing, research strategy, client management, candidate interviews, and shortlist delivery
  • Infuse AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) into CV evaluation, profile summaries, and project documentation
  • Tailor tone and communication style to C-level standards in Hungarian and English
AI Integration & Innovation:
  • Design and optimize internal AI workflows for candidate outreach, search documentation, and client communication
  • Serve as internal AI advisor for the team: coach, guide, and support usage
  • Track emerging AI tools relevant to HR and recruitment, and test them for business value
Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of three: Office Manager / Researcher, Researcher, and Consultant / BD Manager
  • Work closely with the CEO to align strategic goals with operational execution
  • Create and maintain knowledge-sharing processes within the team (e.g. playbooks, prompt libraries, use case guides)
Thought Leadership & Client Education:
  • Develop presentations, internal talks, and external content on AI in recruitment and executive search
  • Support client-side education about AI adoption in HR without technical overload
  • Act as a representative voice of the firm in conferences and professional communities
